International Dual Career Network (IDCN) is a non-profit association formed through the collaboration of companies, NGOs and academic institutions with the purpose of facilitating the job search for mobile employees’ partners, and providing member companies access to a pool of talent. ArcelorMittal is one of the founding members of IDCN Luxembourg and hosted the first event in its Luxembourg City premises on November 8th.

The event began with a presentation of ArcelorMittal and its trades and continued with a description of the activities of IDCN Luxembourg, created in May 2018, whose founding members also include: Amazon, the British Chamber of Commerce, the European Investment Bank (EIB), the European Stability Mechanism (ESM), Ferrero and PwC. Isabelle Schlesser, Director of the ADEM (Luxembourg Employment Agency) has also developed around the labor market challenges in Luxembourg.

All 180 participants, also counting Badenoch and Clark and Maison Moderne, networked around a drink and exchanged their CV.
