2000 days without an accident: at TMB, a reality
February 12 marks an important milestone for TMB (Train Moyen Belval): 2000 days without an accident.
This achievement reflects the commitment and professionalism of the teams, who place safety at the heart of their priorities every day. Their vigilance and rigor create a safe working environment for all, proving that operational excellence and safety can go hand in hand. Safety is above all a shared value, based on team spirit, solidarity and determination. More than a productivity lever, it is a collective responsibility: that of ensuring that everyone can return home in good health, every day.
Believe in zero
This mantra, adopted in all ArcelorMittal plants around the world, takes on its full meaning here: zero accidents is an achievable goal. It is based on a strong safety culture, where individual and collective commitment, shared vigilance and attention to others make the difference.
Achieving 2,000 days without an accident is a great achievement, but it is not an end in itself. Demanding standards and vigilance remain essential to continue this momentum and aim ever higher.
To celebrate this achievement and thank the teams, a snack and a gift were offered to each employee.

Congratulations to the teams and thank you to them for their exemplary commitment!
