ISO 45001/2018 is the latest ISO standard, published in 2018, which will allow companies to improve the safety at work of their staff, reduce risks at workstations and work environments, and which will create improved and safer working conditions.

The involvement of the management of the 3 sites remains the keystone of this commitment to health and safety. The integrated management system policy, incorporating the 4 previous standards, as well as the health and safety charter more specifically incorporating ISO 45001, have been reviewed and their objectives reinforced in line with the guidelines of this new Standard. Consultation and active participation of workers, well-being at work, awareness of the impact of workers on health and safety performance, skills management, identification, assessment and control of risks are all themes that will support the objective of reaching 0 unemployment accident.

Teamwork, the implication of all (own staff and also our subcontractors) will be some of the sine qua none conditions to get there.

The foundations of the system were laid and validated by the certification body in October 2019, it is now up to us to bring the management system to life to achieve our objectives or even exceed them!
