Luxembourg Open Days – a record attendance for Rodange
On Saturday September 17, 2022, ArcelorMittal Rodange welcomed many visitors as part of the Luxembourg Open Days.
Discovering the rolling mill in a friendly atmosphere
The Rodange teams had made every effort to make this day a success with their Luxembourg neighbors but also Belgium and France since the site is at the point of convergence of the three countries.
About twenty employees were present to warmly welcome visitors, equip them with PPE and introduce them to the factory, its rolling mill and its products.
At the end of the visit, people could eat sheltered from the cold in a marquee set up for the occasion at the entrance to the site and discover the works of Malou Mathieu, a Luxembourg artist who illustrated the history of steel in Luxembourg through his watercolors produced directly on our sites, including that of Rodange.
The 2022 edition of the Luxembourg Open Days was a great success for the ArcelorMittal Rodange site with no less than 893 visitors during the day. A great way to work on the proximity with the inhabitants of neighboring municipalities that the management would like to develop on other LPL sites for future editions.
