Responsible employer

Our commitments as a responsible employer

Diversity

Diversity in the company is a value at the heart of ArcelorMittal’s HR policy in Luxembourg. Beyond a strong internal population of 75 different nationalities, the group is committed to respecting the values specific to all diversity in business. This is why ArcelorMittal has been a signatory of the Lëtzebuerg Diversity Charter for more than 4 years.

The ArcelorMittal group is committed to doubling the representation of women in management roles to reach at least a rate of 25% by 2030. In Luxembourg, women are already well present from management to production. Discover them in our series “Women of Steel” available on our Youtube page.

Skills developpement

The commitment, recognition and personal development prospects of employees are essential for the good dynamics of any company. Our employees and young talents expect a group like ours to enable them to build a career rich in projects, opportunities for professional development and fruitful encounters.
